Our mission
To improve the standards of carer’s by providing top quality training by top quality assessors, setting a high professional standard in care. For every learner to achieve their qualification and set a stepping stone towards their goal.
As a CACHE accredited training centre, we provide professional career development in health and Social care, from CPD Training to Level 5 in Health and Social care. We specialise in cultural sensitive needs like food and nutrient.
Training is open to candidates from the age of 16 and up (subject to criteria). Learners will receive a QCF national recognised CACHE Awarding Body certification that is CQC compliant. Training is provided by qualified teaching and training staff. Our training is flexible to suit your needs and times with no restriction to end time. Learning is work and class based.
We can deliver CPD and Accredited training to organisations base at their workplace or in our fully equipped training facility based in Haringey London.
Our qualifications are for those: new to care work, working as an experienced care worker in health and social care, volunteering in a similar setting or for those wanting to change their career pathway.
Before enrolment learners will be seen by a qualified Advice and Guidance officer making sure you are on the right course and level. We have experience and are able to work with the ethnic minority community and especially with the Turkish speaking community, We can guide learners in achieving their qualification and goal.
Please aware that some courses involve observation of learners, so learners will need to be already working or volunteering in a care setting, (we may be able to offer placement to some learners).
CPD, continuing professional development training is adapted to you work place needs and policy with the aim to make learning a positive experience and improving care staff working quality, learners will get a certification of attendance on all CPD training.

CACHE Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Health and Social Care and Early Years and Childcare Settings (2 credits)
It is suitable for anyone who may be preparing for a new role, or are working in a role that involves handling food safely and supporting an individual with their nutrition and hydration needs.
What the qualification covers
This qualification will develop the knowledge and skills needed when working with food in health and social care and early years and childcare settings. It covers food safety requirements, contributing to and / or promoting nutrition and hydration and supporting individuals to eat and drink.

It is appropriate for those who have already achieved a Level 2 qualification in health and social care and are looking to develop their knowledge in this area. This could include workers in hospices, care homes, care in the community and primary care.

This qualification covers the aims and principles of end of life care, communication factors and how to access a range of support services in end of life care. Develop an understanding of different perspectives of death and dying, and the impact it has on individuals.

CACHE Level 2 Award in Awareness of Dementia (8 credits)
This qualification is for anyone who wants to work in Social Care environments. They are also suitable for qualified practitioners who have not covered dementia care in previous qualification
What the qualification covers:
The Level 2 Award provides an awareness of the causes and symptoms of dementia. This qualification aims to develop the knowledge and skills required when providing positive care for people with dementia and their families. This qualification is aligned to the National Dementia Strategy.

Enquires of CPD training available:
CPD can be adapted to suit organisation needs: From Basic awareness (2 hours or full day training session) Training comprises of Power Point, questioners, tasks, scenario, play roles and question and answers. Certificate of attendance is then presented to learners.
