The aim of the caretaker’s role is to ensure that the Community Centre and grounds are safe and in that groups who use the centre are aware and adhere to protocols of the centre. Hours will be based upon the amount of room bookings. Where possible the caretaker will make repairs to achieve this, where this is not possible the caretaker will organise repairs as required, after consultation with the CEO or Room Bookings Manager.
