Annual General Meeting

An annual general meeting (AGM) is a yearly (18 months from previous) gathering of charities membership and trustees interested shareholders. At an AGM, the Trustees of the charity present an annual report containing information for the members about the company's performance and strategy. The Auditors present the Annual Accounts, which are ratified. The AGM is also an opportunity for members to ask questions.

Members with voting rights vote on current issues, such as appointments to the company's board of directors (Trustees), selection of auditors, and resolutions that either relate to the memorandum and articles of association or points for direction.

Due to covid-19 and the ability of the charity to conduct a physical meeting, the organisation took the decision to arrange the TCCA AGM 2020 via online an online independent platform, the AGM has also been delayed beyond the norm due to the unusual circumstances that we find ourselves in.

Yıllık Genel Kurul Toplantısı

Yıllık genel kurul (AGM), hayır kurumları üyeliğinin ve ilgili hissedarların mütevelli heyetinin yıllık (önceki 18 aydan itibaren) bir araya gelmesidir. Bir Genel Kurul toplantısında, yardım kuruluşunun Mütevellileri, şirketin performansı ve stratejisi hakkında üyelere bilgi içeren yıllık bir rapor sunar. Denetçiler, onaylanan Yıllık Hesapları sunar. Genel Kurul ayrıca üyelerin soru sorması için bir fırsattır.

Oy hakkına sahip üyeler, şirketin yönetim kuruluna (Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi) atamaları, denetçilerin seçimi, muhtıra ve esas sözleşmeye ilişkin kararlar veya yön verme gibi güncel konularda oy kullanırlar. COVID-19 ve hayır kurumunun fiziksel bir toplantı yapma becerisi nedeniyle, kuruluş, TCCA AGM 2020'yi çevrimiçi bağımsız bir platform aracılığıyla düzenleme kararını aldı.Kontrolümüz dışındaki koşullar nedeniyle, AGM'i geciktirmek zorunda kalmiştık.
